The high-impact Next Gen Program brings together young talent and a partnering organization – either remotely or in-person – to learn from each other, inspire one another and build a brighter future together.
Curated learning experiences in an intimate group setting of 20 young people invite participants to confront challenges and present solutions, all while engaging in an invaluable two-way exchange of knowledge and ideas with experienced professionals.

The program is structured around the 4-stage DO School innovation method – Dream, Focus, Plan and DO – taking the participants from challenge understanding to prototyping and pitching.
